About Us

Pollinate Group is an award-winning social business that works at the intersection of poverty alleviation, energy access and gender equality by empowering women to distribute clean energy and household products (such as solar lanterns, mixer grinders and biodegradable sanitary napkins) that improve the livelihoods of communities living in extreme poverty. We are registered as a 501c3 organisation in the US and as a charitable organisation in Australia and have business offices in India and Nepal.

Definitions

Terminology applies for all these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:

"User", "Suryamukhi", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person who logs on this Mobile App and is compliant to the Organization's terms and conditions.

"Pollinate Group", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Organization, developer and owner of this Mobile App

"Customer", "Your customer", refers to customer of Suryamukhi, buyer of the products sold on this Mobile App

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Terms and Conditions

By accessing Suryamukhi E Comm we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this Mobile App if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated under this section.

Account

Upon login to this Mobile App you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You should take necessary steps to prevent any unauthorised use of your account with this Mobile App. You should inform us immediately if you have any reasons to believe that your account is compromised to authorized usage. You agree to use your account with this Mobile App for all activities as per agreement with POLLINATE GROUP upon your enrollment as Suryamukhi. We reserve the right to deactivate your account, edit and remove any account content at any time without notice.

Access

We will do our best to ensure availability of this Mobile App without any interruption. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access can be occasionally interrupted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features at any time without notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such interruption.

Conduct

You must not use this Mobile Appin any way that causes, or is likely to cause, this Mobile App or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or imaired in any way. All the electronic content entered from your Smartphone on this Mobile App is your responsibility and must not fall under the following categories.

for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
to send, use or reuse any material that does not belong to you; or is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy or any other proprietary information or right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or friendly relations with foreign States; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam
to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety

Reserved Rights

POLLINATE GROUP owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this Mobile App. This Mobile App or any portion thereof may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, resold, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of POLLINATE GROUP.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any logo, media, or other information of POLLINATE GROUP without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising POLLINATE GROUP’s name without express written consent. Any unauthorised use terminates your access to this Mobile App or [and] disciplinary action can be taken against you as deemed appropriate by POLLINATE GROUP.

You may not systematically extract or re-utilise parts of the contents of this Mobile App without POLLINATE GROUP’s express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data extraction or gathering techniques to extract any substantial parts of this Mobile App without POLLINATE GROUP’s express written consent. You may also not create and [or] publish your own database that features substantial parts of this Mobile App without POLLINATE GROUP’s express written consent.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements at any time.

Disclaimer

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Introduction

We are committed to protecting the personal information we have about you and your customers. This Privacy Policy explains how POLLINATE GROUP collects and processes your and your customers personal information through this Mobile App.

Data Collection

We collect the following information about you on this Mobile App and are routed to our CRM Salesforce.

Inventory details
Customer name and mobile
Sold product details such as product name and product id
Payment details

We enable this Mobile App to recognize your device and to provide and improve services, we use cookies and other identifiers. We embed content from websites such as YouTube, Vimeo. As a result, when you view with embedded content, that site may set a cookie. The embedded content also has share buttons to enable you to easily share contents to external Apps. Those Apps may set cookies which we don’t control.

Security of Data

We developed this Mobile App to protect all of the information we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Your information will be kept secure in our databases. We conduct regular tests and audits to ensure information is held securely and safely.

Access to data

Data is used to understand the purchase details, issue alerts for payments and sharing of invoices. The information is stored with us and is not sold to any third parties. Any such activity will be with your and your customers consent.

Return Policy

Products ordered and received against your credit limit from POLLINATE GROUP listed on this Mobile App are returnable within 10 days of receipt of products as per following conditions, except those that are identified as not returnable.

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
The product is not different from what was shipped to you
The product is in its original condition along with packaging box, MRP tag intact, manual, warranty card and accessories provided.
If you have received a product in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product details in this Mobile App.

Products sold by you to your customers are returnable within 10 days of sale as per following conditions, except those that are identified as not returnable. Refund as the POLLINATE GROUP’s refund policy will be issued upon receipt of returnable products from your customer within the return window.

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
The product is not different from what was shipped to you
The product is in its original condition along with packaging box, MRP tag intact, manual, warranty card and accessories provided.

Products with warranty sold by you to your customers are eligible for servicing by the designated service centers by manufacturers and may not be eligible for return.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once your return is received your credit limit will be adjusted as per your agreement with POLLINATE GROUP.

Upon receipt of your customer’s return as per POLLINATE GROUP’s return policy, a refund of the full amount will be issued to your customer based on the product verification. A refund acknowledgment via SMS will be sent to the customer within 10 business days of the refund issued day.
